1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these rules and conditions carry specific meanings. These meanings apply consistently throughout the entire document.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating or managing multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must belong to the individual personally.
• bangor authority may request identity verification documents to validate an account.
• Withdrawal functionality may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.2 Identity Verification

To keep an account active on bangor, users must cooperate with the identity verification process. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved identification. bangor authority reserves the right to immediately cancel any account registered with false information.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

All bangor services are strictly for adults aged 21 or above (21+). This is a firm rule that is not relaxed under any circumstances.

• bangor authority may request age verification documents at the time of registration or at any later stage.
• If a person registers with a false age and is subsequently found to be a minor, all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
• Using the services from outside Bangladesh or from any area where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.

4 Account Security

Maintaining the security of a user's account is the user's own responsibility. Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

4.1 Protection of Login Credentials

• Account usernames and passwords must not be given to anyone.
• Attempting to log in to another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account, will be treated as a breach of the terms.

5 Deposit and Payment Methods

Popular payment methods available in Bangladesh can be used to deposit funds on bangor.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits on bangor: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.

5.3 Validity of Deposits

• Users may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.
• Funds deposited using a third-party payment account may be returned and the associated account may be subject to investigation.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, customer service must be contacted.

6 Withdrawals

A defined process must be followed to withdraw funds from bangor. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes after verification.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• If the payment method used for withdrawal matches the one used for deposit, the process is faster.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10–45 minutes of submission, though in some cases the time may vary due to the verification process.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bangor offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions and must be read carefully before being accepted.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

7.2 Other Promotions

bangor also runs various promotions on a weekly, seasonal, and special occasion basis. Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and eligibility conditions.

7.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If the conditions of any bonus are breached, bangor authority reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

bangor reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

13.1 Closure by bangor

• If a serious breach of the terms and conditions is proven.
• If registration with false information or concealment of identity is proven.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

13.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In that case, the prescribed process for returning any withdrawable balance must be followed.

14 Limitation of Liability

bangor is committed to providing the safest and most reliable service possible. However, bangor's liability is limited in the following matters.

• Any loss caused by issues with the user's own internet connection or device.
• Any loss arising from the user's own account credentials falling into another person's hands.
• Any loss caused by a technical error on the part of a third-party game provider, although bangor will assist in resolving such issues.
• Temporary service disruption due to unavoidable natural or man-made events (force majeure).

15 Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

bangor reserves the right to change or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time as deemed necessary.
